With 45 years of experience, Dwayne Pizaña brings a deep knowledge of construction and a commitment to quality craftsmanship to every project at Victory Builders. He believes a well-built home starts with listening to the homeowner and carries through to the smallest finishing detail. From carefully fitted trim and custom woodwork to the way each space functions, Dwayne takes pride in work that looks beautiful, serves a purpose, and stands the test of time. He enjoys working alongside homeowners, exploring their ideas, and bringing their vision to life. For Dwayne, the most rewarding part of the job is helping create a home that families are proud to call their own.
Outside of work, Dwayne loves fishing, hunting, and traveling with his wife, Wendy. He treasures time with his children and six grandchildren, along with his fur grandchildren, Jack and Jill. Family is at the heart of his life, and that appreciation for home and togetherness carries into the care he brings to every homeowner's project.
For Scott Yatzek, the most rewarding part of building is working with people. He enjoys listening to a homeowner's ideas, understanding what they want to accomplish, and developing a plan that brings their vision to life. Whether he's transforming an older space, creating something new with timeless character, or solving a problem that has gone unresolved, Scott appreciates the variety each day brings. He also values the trusted family of contractors who work alongside Victory Builders, sharing their skills to help homeowners and deliver work they can take pride in.
Outside of work, faith and family are central to Scott's life. He appreciates opportunities to attend church in person and loves spending time with his wife and adult children. His favorite ways to unwind include being at the lake, gathering around a bonfire, and cooking. He also enjoys catching a concert or cheering on the Detroit Red Wings, Tigers, and Lions.

With more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry, including banking and accounting, Wendy Pizaña brings extensive knowledge and careful attention to detail to Victory Builders. She manages the company's bookkeeping and daily office operations, keeping the financial and administrative details organized so the team can focus on bringing homeowners' visions to life.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys fishing, hunting, golfing, and traveling with her husband, Dwayne. She loves spending time with their children and six grandchildren, as well as their fur grandchildren, Jack and Jill. Whether she's on the golf course, exploring somewhere new, or enjoying time with family, Wendy values the connections that make life — and a home — special.
